If you haven't bought anything recently it may be different than the one you were given anyway. You can write to the support e-mail if you want and say what you bought from XM to get the code originally. Try to give an approximate date if you can so they can try to verify your purchase. The more specific you can be the better. If you can look it up on your PayPal or credit card account that would make it easiest to find evidence of your purchase so you may want to start there. _________________
